SMU 2600B: Single or Dual Channel Systems

The Keithley 2600B Series SourceMeter® SMU Instruments include four models: the single-channel 2601B, the dual-channel 2602B, 2604B, and 2612B. These instruments combine a precision power supply, a 6.5-digit digital multimeter, and a high-speed pulse generator in a compact form. While all three dual-channel models support simultaneous sourcing and measurement, the 2602B supports voltages up to 40 V, and the 2612B extends the range to 200 V for higher-voltage applications. The 2604B is also a dual-channel instrument designed for versatile multi-channel testing. All models deliver exceptional measurement resolution of 100 fA for current and 100 nV for voltage, enabling highly precise testing. Featuring built-in TSP® scripting and multiple connectivity options, the 2600B Series enhances test throughput and productivity in both research and production environments.

Keithley’s Series 2600B System SMU instruments are the industry standard current-voltage source and measure solution for highly automated production test applications. Both dual- and single-channel models tightly integrate a precision power supply, true current source, DMM, and electronic load with pulse generating capabilities. Plus, TSP® technology runs complete test programs for automated system applications, and TSP-Link® technology enables daisy-chaining up to 64 channels for high volume parallel test.
