Project Description:

This project focuses on the design and development of an automated End-of-Line (EOL) testing system for final-stage validation of PCBAs and fully assembled electronic products under real operating conditions.

 

The system integrates programmable instrumentation, custom test fixtures with pogo pins, and a PLC/PC-based control unit to execute predefined electrical and functional test sequences with high accuracy and repeatability. It also incorporates features such as pneumatic clamping, barcode-based traceability, and an HMI/software interface for real-time monitoring, result display, and data logging.

 

The primary objective is to ensure 100% product validation, deliver clear pass/fail decisions, improve production efficiency, and minimize defects before shipment, making it a critical solution in modern automated manufacturing.
